A legal analyst is a specialist who has studied law from an LLB college in Gujarat or elsewhere and conducts legal research and gathers all the legal information that is related to it. They monitor and study, and develop written summaries of anticipated and endorsed court decisions, legislation, trade journals, regulations, industry standards and other relevant publications apart from amending drafts of leases, contracts, licenses, policies and other legal documents. They usually work in a team or individually, depending on the kind of work that they do.
